Julyan Cassidy is a certified Horticulturist, Landscape Designer, and the proud owner/operator of Sir Plantsalot. Born from a hatred of his unfulfilling career in IT, Julyan took a gamble in 2016 to quit his job and follow his passions after landing an Apprenticeship in Horticulture. The risk paid off. Prioritising happiness, his mental health and wellbeing over paychecks ultimately led to him finding his true calling - one that allows for personal connection, expression, creativity and craftsmanship. With that, Julyan established Sir Plantsalot to deliver tailored, one-to-one home maintenance solutions and landscape design expertise. Julyan takes pride in his practice, working closely with each and every client - from beginning to end - to develop trust and ensure each space is transformed into exactly what you dream it to be. Predominantly working in smaller spaces, Julyan favours using sustainable materials wherever possible, as well as reclaiming and retaining existing features, aspect and amenity to limit impact to the natural environment and to enhance a local sense of place and belonging.
